Management and background in Development Studies.
Brings 37 years of leadership experience across public and private sectors.

Nokuthula Gama (Thuli) 
Director: Administration & HR

Over 25 years of experience in Administration,HR, Finance, Policy, and Health & Safety.
Holds an NQF Level 6 in Financial Accounting.
Active in livestock and crop farming, and an entrepreneur in property and transport sectors.

Mayenzeke Dyantyi (Retired)
Acting Director:
TOLA Military Veterans Mentors and Facilitators
Director: Strategic Partnerships & Fundraising

Retired Senior Chief Warrant Officer. Former Regimental Sergeant Major at 5 SF Regiment, later Brigade and Division Sergeant Major.
Worked internationally with elite forces. Holds a National Certificate in Multinational Safety & Security Management.

Deputy Director:

Former Officer Commanding at Special Forces School and Director: Force Preparation & Combat Readiness in SANDF.
Holds an Honours Degree in Business Administration.
Highly experienced in elite military operations.

Andiswa Sithole
Director: Leadership Development Program 

Brings strong expertise in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Studied Agriculture and Mechanical Engineering. Valuable business
experience across multiple sectors.

Sindisiwe Msibi 
Director: Communications & Outreach 

Social Worker with a degree in Social Work and 7 years’ experience working with vulnerable children. Plays a vital role in outreach and
community development within TOLA.
